Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 26, 2026
1. Services
Dry Ground Pros provides concrete services, storm water management, retaining walls, French drains, downspout extensions, water line installation, hot water heater setup, and minor plumbing repairs to residential and commercial customers in Cleveland, Tennessee and the surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, weather conditions, and site conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion when we determine that performing the work would be unsafe, would violate applicable law, or would otherwise compromise the quality, safety, or legality of the project.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are provided for informational purposes and are non-binding unless confirmed in writing by Dry Ground Pros. The final price for any project may vary from the initial estimate based on changes to scope, materials, site conditions, accessibility, soil conditions, drainage requirements, or unforeseen issues discovered during the work.
Any material changes to a written estimate will be communicated to the customer before additional work proceeds whenever reasonably possible.
3. Payments
This website does not collect or process payments. All payments are handled outside of the website through methods agreed upon directly with Dry Ground Pros.
Payment is due upon completion of the agreed-upon work unless other terms have been agreed to in writing in advance. Failure to pay amounts owed may result in lawful collection actions, including but not limited to mechanics' liens permitted under Tennessee law, referral to a collection agency, or legal proceedings to recover amounts owed plus any associated costs.
4. Appointments and Access
The customer is responsible for providing safe, lawful, and reasonable access to the work area on the scheduled date. This includes ensuring pets are secured, removing personal property from the work zone, identifying any known hazards, and disclosing the location of underground utilities, irrigation lines, septic systems, or other items that could be affected by the work.
If safe access is not provided at the scheduled time, additional fees may apply or the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
5. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number to Dry Ground Pros, you may receive SMS text messages related to your inquiry, project, or services. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service.
Message types may include service-related communications such as appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, project status updates, and quote follow-ups, as well as occasional marketing or promotional messages.
- To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us.

- Message frequency varies based on the status of your project and other factors.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Phone numbers and SMS consent information are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
